Gah.

So, like, hi. After being gone 'cause of connection problems and busy schedules (plus a bit of convincing from Mia ;D) here's a new set of updates. So...

For tomorrow:
Math: Do HW 3. I'd expect everyone to either have done this yesterday or have the HW chart, so I'm not stating the pages, 'kay?
English: Write 10 sentences using future tense verbs about your dreams on a 1/2 sheet of pad paper.
Val. Ed.: Research about the topics Sir Roli gave us. As in...um...gah, can't find my logbook. Will post later, promise. Even I need to research, so I'm sure of that.
PE: Try to practice for the practical test, if you don't wanna have a suckish grade. XD
Earth Sci.: Review for the long test on everything from Milankovitch to Moon Phases.

For next week:
Soc. Sci.: Make sure to have your narrative and presentation about your Visayas topic ready by Tuesday, or else face Ma'am's smile.
Art: Bring all the materials you'll need plus your illustration board(s), final sketches ready.
Music: Make-up class om Tuesday, 9:10. Bring your recorders by then.
Health: Bring dancing attire (a white shirt and shorts/jogging pants) for every session starting Wednesday.
Filipino: Para sa mga hindi pa natawag, i-memorize (wow, taglish XD) ang I-VI ng "Ang Guryon".

For Angel:
PE: Complete the Ballroom Dancing assignment. Tonight.
Soc. Sci.: Make sure to revise that chart....thing. And print those darn photos for Nadeen.

So...yeah. Night, guys. And...listen to this. And don't worry, no viruses this time. Promise. 0;D

Sup? We need a performance for Family Day since every section needs to perform. Family day is like a week or two after perio so like 3 weeks from now. That performance will be in front of the whole school plus parents, I think. So Ma'am Ynigo told the officers that it shouldn't be embarrassing... unless if embarrassment is what you live life for, I guess. We were supposed to be planning this like two weeks ago but we can't turn back time, unfortunately. So, the performance should have a maximum of 3 minutes but I know no one wants to be in front of that much people for that long... well not me, at least :P I think most of us will want to do a dance since it's the second easiest and it's the coolest. (in my opinion)

Freaking homeworks. Do you like homeworks? Of course you don't. Do every thing or else Chuck Norris will eat your children and rape them. Then, he'll proceed in raping your dog. After that, he'll make you go to the girls' cr even though you can't because you're a guy. He'll eat your breakfast. You won't eat anything tomorrow. He'll deliver pizza and it in front of your ... bumer.

Math: I have no idea.

English: Study Rizal's Formative Years. Yes. Him again. Why can't our national hero be ... Pedro. I don't know. Continue with the 10 essays. Yes 10. Do the three things she asked you to do. I'll just say I forgot what they were so that I don't have to go to my notebook and look at it and read it and put it here. I'm too lazy. MABS KASI EH!

Tech. Prep: Prepare for the presentation. Just study about it, whatever your component is. JUST COPY IT FROM WIKIPEDIA!

Comp. Sci.: Prepare the homework. AHH! I'm too turned off to be hyper. I'm not high today.

IS: Get collective nouns of animals. Yeah, that's right animals. Barbarbarbarbabr.

Filipino: Long Test on Morepenang Pornema or whatever you call it. Here's the handouts.

Hey guys! Angel here, finally. Hope the diagnostic test wasn't that stressful, and if it was, at least we have a whle afternoon to de-stress (or cram) =D

So since we don't have any homework aside from the ones already mentioned yesterday, just finish up those and have a nice day!
Hi Dia !! It's Crissy again, so I'm really sorry if these updates are incomplete or something.

Filipino: Keep on doing the collage about what your ambitions are, and get ready for the presentation (I'm not actually sure what it is..) on Thursday.
Math: Answer the things about Divisibility of 7 and 13. I'm not sure what size of paper we have to write it on, though..
English: Yaay, since we don't have English tomorrow, you have one more day to memorize "Air Castles"!
Soc. Sci: Start gathering documents (certificates, interview transcripts, etc. ) for the History Album. Oh and, remember not to plagiarize anything because according to Ma'am, it can lead to expulsion. :|
Music: Memorize the National Anthem in Spanish. If you want, in English too.

Don't forget that we also have a house meeting tomorrow morning, so be in school by 7:05 am. And our diagnostic test is tomorrow, so bring pencils and an eraser. Remember that we're half-day tomorrow. \:D/

So, I guess that's all. Good luck in the diagnostic test tomorrow!! :)

Monday, July 05, 2010

Hello everyone. :o It's Crissy now, because Angel told me to update it. So if I forgot to add a few homeworks, sorry na, I'm irresponsible. :) =))

English: Memorize "Air Castles", and if you want plus 5, be ready by Wednesday. (WAIT OMG, WE HAVE NO ENGLISH THAT DAY HAHAHAHAHA) Oh, and make sure you've at least tried to read "The Secret Garden", because I think our long test is next week or something. And read Of Studies and Responsibilities.
Health: Get ready for your presentations, if you haven't forgotten which group you're in and who your groupmates are.
Math: Look for the divisibility rules of 7, 13 and 17, in case you haven't done that yet.
Music: Keep on memorizing the National Anthem in Spanish, and if you feel the need to be an overachiever, go ahead and memorize the English version.
Filipino: Read "Sa Kaharian ng Araw", for those who haven't yet (Me). And make the collage for "Sa Kaharian ng Araw" on a short folder. Due next Monday.
Soc. Sci: Submit your outlines tomorrow.
Comp. Sci: Research about Hardwares and Softwares.

Oh, and don't forget that we're half day on Wednesday, because all the freshmen will have a diagnostic test. I don't think you have to study for that 'cause it's kinda based on what you already know, so don't be a nerd. :| =))

The Miting De Avance's this Friday during UB in the 4th Floor Audi, so please come. Vote for BBB, please, or just vote for whoever you think can do the job. :-j

Sorry again if it's wrong/incomplete.

Two long tests, lots more to go...

Good evening, everyone! This is the Dia News Network, reporting live from Metro Manila. Today was quite tedious, as we've had two long tests, a loose fluorescent lamp and quizzes on the side. We still have a long way to go today though, in terms of assignments, so without further ado:

Math: For those willing, you may do advanced research on divisibility rules of 7 and 13.
English: Bring a piece of manila paper and coloring materials for your group. Also, for rows 5 & 6, prepare your clearbooks for submission tomorrow.
Music: Start memorizing the Lupang Hinirang in Spanish and, if you want bonus points, English. Never cram!~
Comp. Sci.: Continue doing research and making a PowerPoint presentation on the history and development of computers.
Filipino: Basahin ang kuwentong "Sa Kaharian ng Araw".
IS: Start reviewing for the long test on July 7, covering all the topics we have discussed since the start of classes.

Dia Party + New Officers = FUN!

So our second week in Philippine Science has finally come to a close, and this week has definitely ended, as others put it, with a bang! So today, as well as the usual updates, we will be posting the highlights of the day. Here they are~

Math: Answer the Decimal to Fraction problems given in the 'Set of Real Numbers' handout. Both mixed numerals and improper fractions are accepted, but make sure they're in lowest terms!
English: Write an acrostic for your name (first & last) on a piece of short bond paper, having your positive and negative traits on two sides.
PE: Remember to try doing some push-ups, crunches and stretches over the week-end to prepare for a longer run, and if you can, run a few laps as well! You're going to need it. ;)
Earth Sci.: Remember to pay (our now-official Treasurer) Miguel for the xeroxes and also donate for the class fund! He'll be running around a lot soon, so at least spare some change! XD
IS: Don't forget to bring a 9-volt rectangular battery for your group tomorrow, and bring your seedlings as well!

Dia Party! Woo! Party every week! EPIC! Oh, and don't forget the Emerald dude who ran around the oval shouting...well, you all get my point! XD
Earth Sci."The earth is FLAT. The earth DOES NOT MOVE." -Sir Angeles \m/
(Seriously though, you don't believe that....right? XD)
Elections! So now we finally have a new set of officers! *claps* Just so it gets into everyone's heads, here again is the list of class officers for I-Diamond 2014:

President: Angel Aquino
Vice President: Neal Peralta
Secretary: Crissy Buensuceso
Treasurer: Miguel Florendo
Asst. Treasurer: Herlan Benitez
PRO: Jana Negre

Congrats to everyone who won, and for those who didn't, don't feel bad (unless you didn't actually want the position), at least you know that there are people who do believe in your potential.

SO! Another week has ended, another week is yet to come. Just remember to finish all your responsibilities and assignments well, don't cram and have fun! This has been the Dia News Network, signing off. See you next week everyone, and happy week-end!!!
